Plant Facility & Production Capability

Mega Mount boosted its manufacturing capabilities by setting up a new Acetylene plant in 2011, ensuring that customers in the southern Peninsular Malaysia can have timely delivery of Acetylene gas. The new DA plant includes a modern and highly effective filter press to ensure there is no environmental damage during the production process.

Operational Excellence

Mega Mount is among the first industrial gas companies in Malaysia to fully implement the Cylinder Management System (CMS) where ever cylinder is tracked and monitored via bar code. This allows MMIG to manage its asset efficiently and in return, reduce costs to its customer.
